Having worked within the education sector as a teacher, senior leader, Senco, headteacher and CEO, Rebecca now concentrates on consultancy and specialist training in the area of governance, board performance, strategy and risk.

Rebecca has held governance roles since her twenties, as a school governor, committee chair and charity chair. She is now the Chair of the Risk, Audit and Review Committee at St Edmundsbury Cathedral and has recently joined Anthem Trust as a Member. She works part-time as the Director of the Suffolk Primary Headteachers' Association, and is often asked for comment, appearing regularly on regional and national radio.
