Rebecca is a highly experienced teacher, speaker and trainer. Feedback from attendees consistently highlights how sessions are: 'inspiring,' 'thought-provoking,' 'pragmatic,' 'actionable,' and 'insightful'.

She is available for governance review work, training and as a speaker. She is especially interested in how one thinks and acts as a governor or trustee. She is passionate about effective induction systems, training for those new to governance roles, or supporting organisations as they evolve governance when structures change.

Rebecca has held governance roles since her twenties, as a school governor, committee chair and charity chair. She is now the Chair of the Risk, Audit and Review Committee at St Edmundsbury Cathedral and has recently joined Anthem Trust as a Member. She works part-time as the Director of the Suffolk Primary Headteachers' Association, and is often asked for comment, appearing regularly on regional and national radio.
